Born in 1983, Gözde Güllüoğlu graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and has a bachelor's degree from Marmara University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Accounting and Finance.
Gözde Güllüoğlu started her career in 2006, at Pfizer and held expanding roles in Turkey, Russia, Israel, Europe and Asia. She joined MSD Turkey in 2018 as Business Unit Director for HAC/Hepatology and Immunology and has led the Vaccine Business Unit since 2019. During these years, she has excelled in strategic projects, fostering agile ways of working while delivering outstanding business results. In addition, she represented MSD Turkey as Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador in the EEMEA Region in 2019.
Gözde Güllüoğlu served as MSD's General Manager in Hungary throughout 2020, before being appointed as the General Manager in 2021 for the Turkey Region, which includes Turkey, Ukraine and CIS Countries.
She worked as a Board Member of the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (AIPM) and a Member of Health Care Working Group of the AmCham Hungary to play a leading role in shaping the healthcare environment in Hungary.
In 2021, MSD Turkey General Manager Gözde Güllüoğlu was elected to the Board of Directors of AmCham Turkey, a trade association and non-governmental organization made up of US companies operating in Turkey.
She was a licensed voleyball player and she is interested in diverse sports. She is married and has two children.
