Dow Turkey’s corporate social responsibility workshops called “Chemistry of Teachers” were held in Izmir on 22-23 October and Eskisehir on November 12-13, 2016. The trainings were organized by Dow Turkey in collaboration with the Teachers Academy Foundation. These workshops hosted 55 chemistry and science teachers in İzmir and 57 chemistry and science teachers in Eskisehir. The trainings included a “Gallery Walk” session where Dow products were showcased. Dow’s innovative and sustainable solutions were explained by Dow Turkey’s South Office Leader Onur Terkesli in Izmir and by Dow Turkey Coating Materials Senior Account Manager Berna Onar in Eskisehir. Both Dow executives outlined the company’s contributions to sustainability and discussed Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) career opportunities at Dow.
